This partnership is an important step in bringing together international expertise and local capacity. By joining efforts, we can strengthen the quality of inclusive employment initiatives in Uzbekistan and ensure that proven practices become part of a sustainable system.
As part of this cooperation, we have provided access to an LMS (Learning Management System platform) with supported employment training materials and shared the first two training courses:
🔹 Ethics of Interaction with People with Disabilities
🔹 Supported Employment: Vacancy Assessment
These two courses introduce the principles of Soft Workplace Adaptations in Supported Employment.
Until the end of 2025 these courses will be reviewed starting with the pilot launch in November 2025, with a focus on youth with disabilities and other vulnerable youth, while the Agency continues pilots for adults with acquired disabilities.
In parallel, the Raoul Charity Foundation, the Center and the Agency are working on mobilizing the required resources for joint scaling of the training toolkit based on the Agency’s own LMS built in the ihma.uz portal.
This partnership reflects our shared commitment to building sustainable and inclusive employment practices in Uzbekistan. We are grateful to the Center team for their openness, professionalism, and readiness to integrate tested practices into national systems.
