A Job Coach position is now open for our joint project with the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation in Kazakhstan.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a new professional field in Kazakhstan as the first job coach for people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and directly contribute to building inclusive employment practices.
We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in HR, career counselling, training, or social projects, who are motivated to work in the field of inclusive employment and support people with ASD.
A job coach will work directly with candidates and employers, support the employment journey and help adapt workplaces for successful inclusion.
