In 2025, we at Raoul took a major step toward making our open-source Changemaker-Based Supported Employment Model more accessible, structured, and scalable — drawing on data from our pilots, hands-on implementation experience, and a series of expert feedback sessions with Andreas Nyhlén, Supported Employment expert and CEO of Misa Kompetens, WiljaGruppen.
These feedback sessions, combined with insights from real projects implemented in different contexts, helped us critically review what works in practice, refine the model, and prepare an open-source tool: The Changemaker-Based Supported Employment Model Description.
Today, Raoul is ready to present the complete, fully documented version of the tool.
It is designed to help practitioners, NGOs, foundations, and employers build Supported Employment projects that are realistic, transparent, and sustainable, while staying aligned with evidence-based principles.
