As our joint project with the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation in Kazakhstan moves forward, we’d like to introduce the people behind it.
The project focuses on developing and piloting a Supported Employment model for young people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), with the goal of creating sustainable pathways into the open labour market.
We’re starting with EVGENIIA ALEKSANDROVA, who leads the project on the Raoul Foundation side.
Evgeniia plays a key supporting role in bringing this initiative to life in close partnership with the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation. Together, we oversee the training process and implementation of methodology, co-develop infrastructure required to achieve project results and coordinate delivery across both organizations.
This is a complex, multi-layered project, and Evgeniia’s role is to keep all parts aligned on Raoul’s side to help apply the Supported Employment approach and build the model that can be effectively piloted and scaled.
At the same time, we’re happy to share an important milestone: in 2026, Evgeniia stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Raoul Foundation.
Evgeniia has been part of the Foundation since 2019, contributing significantly to its growth and development. Her new role reflects both her experience and the impact she continues to make within the organisation.
We’re glad to have Evgeniia leading this project at such an important stage — and we’ll continue introducing the team members who make this work possible.
