Our project has been featured in Dyspraxia Magazine — a UK-based, international non-profit publication focused on dyspraxia (DCD).
We’re glad to see growing international attention to initiatives that aim to build sustainable and structured approaches to inclusive employment.
The article highlights our joint project with the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation in Kazakhstan — focused on developing and piloting a Supported Employment model for young people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Dyspraxia Magazine is an international, non-profit publication focused on dyspraxia (DCD) that as well as ASD can create additional barriers to education and employment. Run by a neurodivergent team and grounded in research-based content, it serves as a platform for both expert insights and lived experiences from the community.
Both dyspraxia and ASD highlight a broader challenge shared across different groups — access to employment is largely shaped by how workplaces and support systems are designed. This is exactly the focus of our project: creating structured approaches that enable people from vulnerable groups to enter and sustain employment through the right environment and support.
For us, this publication is not just about visibility, but also about contributing to a broader conversation on neurodiversity and the need for more inclusive workplaces.
